Technical Writer for training material for the staff and attorneys of severa l locations, including class curriculums or workbook/sheet design. Also there will be a need for physical classes and online elearning supervision, direction and I'll be the lead instructor. I expect individual tutoring for some individuals, some travel or house calls could rise. In addition I expect to be studying, as I do now, to keep up to date with the latest information technology needs of the company and for the any unexpected company future upgrades. I'll be ready to perform office administration tasks as well as any clerical delegated tasks that may be asked of me. This will be a job of high demand and will take someone who is motivated but also someone who LIKES this line of work. I personally would enjoy this job and always take pride in a job well done and seeing the company grow as they learn. I use CTT teaching techniques and teach down the middle. It is almost impossible for even the most negative student not to engage and become captivated with the lessons I p resent by mid training.
I've went through Microsoft's Train-the-Trainer boot camp for technical instruction success over any audience. Also speaking to large or small groups and even stage or hall lectures come to me with ease. I enjoy it. I'm a master of facilitation and unique tricks for audio, visual and even hands on learners to become positive and wanting to attend, grow and learn.
