Many families in West Virginia struggle with a variety of socio-economic issues. Home Base Inc. Outreach Coordinators work directly with these families to overcome these barriers. Working directly with WV Department of Health and Human Resources, attorneys, therapists, teachers, probation officers and other stakeholders, the Outreach Coordinator, is integral to treatment planning and implementation of services to children and families.
No experience necessary, training is provided. Full-time employees earn between $24,000-32,000 annually, with excellent benefits including health insurance, paid leave, paid vacation, and retirement accounts.
