Water Transfer Crew Leader

Assists the Water Transfer Manager with supervision of field crew for specific field assignments and actively participating in water transfer crew activities. Provides word direct! ion to others.
Essential Functions
Hands on assistance/supervision of field crew for set up, tear down, and fracking of natural gas wells and/or hands on assistance for field crew throughout water transfer project
Accurately complete all Baker paperwork for customer billing and internal system design and review
Design a water transfer system, using set parameters
Monitor safety and regulatory compliance and insure compliance with safety policies and OSHA regulations
Operate fork lift as needed
Interface with customers
Additional Responsibilities
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions
Working conditions include outdoor and indoor field, yard and shop locations
Working on uneven ground and near various types of equipment in all types of weather
Working underneath equipment Exposure to dust and noise
Utilization of Personal Protective Equipment is ! necessary

Mechanical aptitude necessary
Ability to be on-call 24 hours per day
Ability to make occasional overnight trips
Working knowledge of H.D.P.E. pipe
Previous management experience preferred
Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate)
Experience & Other:
One (1) years water transfer manager experience preferred
