Accounts Receivable Representative

Location: Wheeling, West Virginia

Description: Orrick is employing Accounts Receivable Representative right now, this occupation will be delegated in West Virginia. Orrick currently has an excellent opportunity in the Global Operations Center in Wheeling, WV for an entry level Accounts Receivable Representative .
Responsibilities:
Responsible for properly recording and controlling cash receipts.

• Apply daily deposits to client invoices or to general ledger costs.
• Work closely with Bond Logistix to ensure BLX and Orrick invoices are reconciled.
• Process Accounts Receivable credit adjustment and write offs.
• Monitor client payments to ensure checks are being mailed to correct mailing address. Contact client with change of address information.
• Process the daily Quick Image load.
• Work with clients, attorneys, and billing coordinators to research and resolve unapplied and unidentified cash receipts.
• Produce daily cash report.
• Maintain spreadsheets to track various cash functions.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A.A./A.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
• Three years of experience in a complex business environment required.
• Str! ong accounts receivable knowledge required.
• Proficien! cy in using computerized accounts payable system (CMS), Excel/MS Word applications, and operating in a Windows environment required.
• Excellent verbal and communications skills required.
