Assists in handling legal issues delegated by an attorney for which the attorney is responsible. This work may include: conducti! ng basic legal research and cite checking; preparing basic discovery; coding, digesting and summarizing depositions; proofreading and editing legal documents; assists in preparing legal documents and reports, including leases, licenses, real estate and corporate transactions, insurance and employment agreements. BA/BS degree and/or ABA paralegal certificate.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience required.
