Description: The Judge Group is at present looking to employ PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR right now, this position will be ordered in West Virginia. Baked goods company in WV is looking for 3 production supervisor(1st, 2nd, & 3rd) for it's facility.
The following candidates must have:
a 2-5 years of ! supervisory experience in production, preferably in the food industry or Manufacturing experience required
a AIB certification a plus.
a Working knowledge of computers, including MS office applications. KRONOS knowledge a plus.
a Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
a Experience with lean manufacturing
a Must be self-directed and able to work without close supervision - position requires high energy and motivation and a strong desire to drive positive change.
a Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
a Strong leadership and team building skills.
a Minimum travel required.
a Ability to work flexible hours.
