Description
Primary Job Responsibilities
Primary focus will be sourcing and pricing project bids for drilling and/or E&P accounts
Must work closely with Area Sales Team and DSC personnel
Maximize financial results (revenues, margins, etc.)
Improve customer service and satisfaction by building relationships with vendors
Attain and exceed sales goals through increased market share, both existing and new business
Work closely with the Credit Department, Upper Management and the Attorneys to ensure the proper wording on terms and conditions
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Oral and written communication skills, both internal and external
Presentation, marketing and negotiation skills a must
Relevant business experience (drilling, oil and gas production) required
Must have good product knowledge of oilfield equipment
Must follow established guidelines, policies and procedures
Ability to initiate and adapt to change, and work as part of small and large teams
Strong work ethic and integrity
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
SAP knowledge
Positive and aggressive attitude
Good working relationship with customers
Extremely detail-oriented, organized and analytical
Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment
