This role involves managing the flow of mail and essential documents within our organization to support efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents to the respective departments.

Manage and maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing mail.

Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the smooth transfer of important documents.

Handle inquiries related to mail and provide assistance as needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams.

Basic knowledge of mailroom equipment and procedures.
