ATD Office Manager:
- 30-40 hours per week in school
 
o Subject to change based on school's need
- 1 hour per week participating in school manager's meeting
 - 4-6 hours per week for administrative tasks
 
o Completing DSJ
o Completing weekly reports
o Scheduling private lessons
- 4-6 hours per week training and conducting front desk assessments. Time based on demand
 
o Quality of calls
o Sales training
o Customer Concerns
- All other hours are found fully dressed out on deck, working front desk, or as manager on duty
 - Uphold Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Core Values
 - Responsible for hiring, training, assessing, coaching and performance of office staff
 - Responsible for developing goals to achieve revenue budgets each month
 - Responsible for organization within the school following GMs direction
 - Ensures cleanliness from floor to ceiling
 - Ensure accurate timesheets and hours that reflect the true schedule for office staff
 - Verify time clock with scheduled shifts in WIW prior to payroll
 - Oversee substitutes and resolve scheduling conflicts
 - If no office staff is available for shift, it is the OM's responsibility to cover
 - Anticipate staffing needs
 - Ensure quality of Aqua-Tots standard
 - Evaluate weekly sales and create daily targets (conversions, revenue, saving withdrawals)
 
o Verify targets are achieved
- Develop, mentor, and identify future leaders in the next generation of excellent front desk representatives for Aqua-Tots
 - Schedule monthly in-services and choose the in-service topic for the month
 - Follow and implement Aqua-Tots Swim Schools customer service guidelines to ensure an exceptional customer experience for every customer
 - Ensure quality and customer service standard
 - Communicate effectively with potential and existing customers
 - Build relationships with families, know their names and their children's names
 - Address customer concerns, providing a win/win outcome
 - Respond to parents within 24 hours of any reported instructor performance concern
 - Use the customer-focused principle in each customer interaction
 - Report unresolved complaints to General Manager
