Risk & Compliance Officer – Luxembourg (19 Month FTC)
This is a great job for someone who has demonstratable knowledge of Compliance and Control functions alongside corporate secretary knowledge.
A bit about the job:
The Risk and Compliance Officer provides support to the Risk and Compliance teams and provides advice in relation to governance model and internal control function. The role holder will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks relative to the 2nd line of defence, including mainly: Organization of Risk Management & Compliance Committee meetings, maintenance of internal logs of actions and issues, preparation of reporting based on internal tools, coordination of policies and processes update, coordination of external auditors & regulatory requests and data collection falling under 2nd line of defence responsibility. In addition to this you will act as primary liaison with other internal teams on risk and compliance related monitoring issues.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive matters
  • Must be highly organized and detail / efficiency orientated
  • Fluent written and spoken English (additional European languages would be an advantage).
  • Experience in the Fund Industry in Luxembourg
  • Good knowledge of national and international applicable regulation
