Responsibilities:

  • Reports to the Manager, Provider Recruitment.
  • Responsible for recruitment, screening, selection, and placement of APP’s and physicians throughout the network.
  • Develops new sources of qualified applicants, schedules and conducts interviews, checks references and evaluates applicant qualifications.
  • Coordinates applicant interviews, attendance as needed.
  • Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants when needed.
  • Evaluates online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates.
  • Attends and develops on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including career fairs, society conferences and SRSMG New Provider Orientation
  • Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, and recruitment results.
  • Prepares and analyzes statistical reports and other data to monitor candidate flow, selection, and turnover.
  • Back-up to the provider recruitment coordinator

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years+ in a physician/APP recruitment role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Results-oriented mindset with drive to succeed and grow
  • Starting salary: $85,000.00/year plus full comprehensive benefits package
