Performing legal risk assessments for all cases where an attorney is not involved
Developing processes to achieve quicker resolution times for cases
Overseeing the case audit review process
Developing and administering trainings to the Spec! ialists
Bachelors degree in Automotive, Business or an equivalent education
10 plus years experience in customer service, preferably with a luxury brand
Paralegal certificate or 3 years related professional experience in a law firm or government agency
Lemon Law and Automotive Industry experience required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
