Position Description:
JOB SUMMARY
Assists attorneys by performing a wide range of lega! l-related duties.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Search! es for and studies legal documents.
Prepares affidavits of documents and maintains document files and case correspondence.
Researches and analyzes law sources to prepare drafts of briefs or arguments for review, approval, and use by attorney.
Reviews and files pleadings, petitions, and other documents.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 21 or 2L - $12.00
31 to 54 Semester hours of law school
Grade 22 or 3L - $14.00
55 to 62 Semester hours of law school
