Human Resource Generalist

This company located in Boston is looking for a Human Resources Generalist for a 3 month contract assignment!
Responsibilities:
Review potential terminations to ensure compliance with company policies and employment law.
Coach upper management on conflict resolution and the disciplinary processes of the company.
Review performance improvement plans
Coordinate with the attorneys.
Review individual compensation packages with the Dire! ctor of Employment Services.
Review communication wit! h employees that are on leave and ensure proper timelines and compliance with FMLA and LOA regulations.
Assist in facilitating and delivering training classes.
Act as back up for the HRIS Analyst.
Requirements:
Specific experience in employment law, compliance and employee relations
2+ years of HR Generalist experience
Broad understanding of compensation
Training and HRIS experience preferred
Ultimate/Ultipro experience is nice to have
Bachelor’s Degree
