Customer Care Relations Manager

Further informations about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Handling all customer issues that get escalated beyond what a Customer Support Supervisor would handle. Acting as the liaison between the stores and the Customer Support Department. Handle all written correspondence. Detailed Description
Essential Responsibilities :
1. Taking ownership of all escalated issues and working on them until there is a resolution for the company and the customer.
2. Handling all correspondence between the company and the Better Business Bureau. Following up with customers as to their issues that pr! eceded a call to the BBB.
3. Being the contact in the comp! any for any issues that relate to litigation, Attorney General's office, or City of Chicago complaints.
4. Responding to all "Letters to the President" in a courteous and efficient manner. Reporting any recurring issues to the Customer Support Manager.
5. Prepare weekly status report of current customer issues.
6. Attendance in compliance with the Absence/Tardy policy is an essential responsibility of this position.
7. Handling all emails to the Customer Relations group and customer issues received via the internet.
8. Identify root causes and offer suggestions to management to address them.
9. Back up phone support to all Customer Care dept. inbound calls
10. Ensure assigned service types for open service orders remain current.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
1. Thorough product knowledge and full understanding of or ability to learn the company's current support philosophy, policies and procedures.
2. Experience an! d ability to select, train, motivate, develop and manage department personnel.
3. Persuasive skills in dealing with customers. The ability to maintain professional and productive communication with store personnel and other departments.
4. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
5. Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office applications is required; Oracle system skills helpful.
6. Diplomacy and negotiating skills are necessary.
