Senior Paralegal
Location: Parkersburg, West Virginia

As part of the law department, work with attorneys and internal business areas to ensure compliance with applicable federal and state regulations and internal corporate policies and procedures.
R! esponsibilities include and are not limited to:
- Monitor and analyze impacts of regulatory changes and legislative efforts.
- Research statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with implementation of changes to internal processes, procedures, and contracts arising from legislative and regulatory changes.
- Prepare legal memoranda, contracts and other documents.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate.
- Relevant experience in corporate law department, law firm, or health insurance company.
- Good organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft.
