Description: Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP is in need of Litigation Paralegal right now, this position will be settled in West Virginia. More details about this position opportunity please read the description below. Huntington, WV office of regional law firm seeks a Litigation Paralegal to work with attorneys on a litigation team. Requirements for this position include:
- 4 yr! . BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university;
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-Approved Paralegal Program;
- Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to keep track of many details at the same time and adapt quickly to changing deadlines;
- Familiarity with using computers for organizing and maintaining documents;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to document and present information to attorneys.
