Accounting Clerk - Legal Billing The law firm of Spilman Thomas & Battle, PLLC is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk (billing) for its Charleston, West Virginia office. The successful candidate will work closely with our attorneys and clients to process and review the accuracy and timeliness of client invoices. Candidates should have legal or other professional services billing experience. Accounting software experience is required; Elite is preferred. Candidates must be articulate, detail oriented, and able to work effectively with a professional team. Successful candidate will possess excellent organization and priority-setting skills, strong communications skills, and strong multi-tasking skills (including ability to work with multiple attorneys and clients).
