Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
- Introduce and promote services to potential clients
- Answer questions and address concerns from potential customers
- Schedule appointments or meetings for sales representatives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM software (Boomtown)
- Follow up with potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales
- Ability to negotiate and persuade potential customers effectively
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus
- Strong technical sales knowledge is a plus
Note: This is a remote position. The telemarketer will not be required to work on-site at our location.
