ESSENTIAL JOB RESULTS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job result satisfactorily. The employee is responsible for the following “job results”.

Ensures Guest experience
By

Talking to guests, e! ducating park users on proper usage and etiquette, surveying g! uests about their park experience and being knowledgeable about all resort offerings

Maintains shape and integrity of all Terrain Park features

By

Shoveling, salting, opening and or closing features as needed

Records all pertinent terrain feature information

By

Testing features throughout the day for proper construction and documenting any required or performed maintenance daily

Assists with the operation of contests

By

Setting up and taking down fencing, judging areas and banners

Acting as a judge or course official, recording results and other duties as assigned

Monitors the aesthetic qualities of the park grounds

By

Picking up trash, adjusting tower pads and selecting appropriate music and volume levels

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

The knowledge, skill and ability an incumbent must have in order to accomplish the job results and to perform the fob duties.

Education: This job requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Prior Experience

Specific Experience: Candidates must have park/pipe riding/skiing experience. Candidates must be an expert rider/skier.

Length of Experience: At least one year

Specific Certifications, Licenses Required:
Current and valid drivers license

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The incumbent will carry out the supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing! complaints; resolving problems and scheduling.

GENERAL LANGUA! GE & REASONING ABILITY

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
