DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
The candidate we seek will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, the
marketing team and firm
attorneys to develop and imple! ment business
development programs, plans and initiatives to achieve the firm's strategic goals; will be responsible for assisting in the design of a strategic business
development model aimed at institutionalizing the firm's client relationships; will help to create and
foster a business
development culture which embraces a strategic,
proactive and client-centric approach in assisting
attorneys with identifying, actively pursuing and
winning new business.
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Business,
Communications or related field required. MBA or
advanced degree is
preferred. Five years of progressively responsible work experience in the
legal field or in another professional services
organization required.
