Summary:
Our client Is a Pharmaceutical firm with operations throughout the US. They are looking for a Director, Supply Chain with APICS or CPIM certification. This person will be responsible for all aspects of the supply chain. If you have a solid work history and at least 8 years of experience handling the responsibilities listed below then please forward a copy of your resume for consideration.

• In-depth knowledge of:
• Demand planning
• Supply planning
• Physical distribution (bulk, and repackaged product)
• Maintain information and inventory flows
• Control cost
• Measure KPIas for forecast accuracy, supply reliability and flexibility
• Production
• Forecasting
• Inventory management

Responsibilities

1. Establish key performance indicators 2. Maintain forecasts on a monthly basis, or as dictated 3. Maintain production schedules, for each manufacturing site, as well as outsourced suppliers 4. Manage the requirements planning process third party supply sites 5. Ensure that the quantity and timing of the material requirements are consistent with the production schedules 6. Eliminate inventory capacity bottlenecks are identified as 7. Maintain demand management process 8. Maintain inventory planning function 9. Participate in product launch processes 10. Manage domestic and international transportation program 11. Perform other duties as assigned
