Land Analyst

Williams Midstream is looking for an energetic and talented Land Analyst to manage files for the protection of land and property rights for pipeline and facilities construction by entering and scanning into database (Flairdocs) system. This position will also be utilized for research of existing O&G leases, ROW agreements and other land documents. Tracks litigation packages between Attorneys and Land Dept. personnel and supports other departmental functions as assigned.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing data by entering and scanning documents into Companyâs database Reviewing and analyzing existing ROW and O&G Leases Due Diligence on future acquisitions of projects Prepare appropriate reports of ROW Agreements Tracking of landowner information for Litigation packages Complete special projects as assigned for ROW Dept. Research existing land agreements and issue reports
Job Requirements
Associates Degree or equivalent preferred. Experience in real estate and related areas of right-of-way or land functions. Knowledge of or direct contract preparation experience Computer skills with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications in a Microsoft Windows environment Good analytical and research skills.
