- Create, maintain, and produce regular reports for clients
- Run ad-hoc reports as requested
- Update client and case data as needed to facilitate reports
- Communicate internally with Client Relations Directors to ensure reporting requirements are met
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
- Experience with Windows operating systems
- Understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to work effectively with minimal oversight
- ProLaw experience
- Previous reporting experience
