Responsibilities
- Transmit employee compensation data to Payroll Provider, perform payroll validations and ensure Payroll Provider executes accurate payroll calculations.
- Handle standard & complex inquiries & support through ticket service or via phone (only if required) to employees.
- Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and records.
- Create all kinds of HR documents along the employee life cycle such as employment contractual packages, promotions, offboarding checklists etc. Ergani according to defined processes and standards, etc..
- Design, document and implement procedures to streamline payroll processes.
- Ensure digitalization of documents and ensure a proper and accurate handled archiving of documents according to defined standards and processes
- Timely execution of standard and complex payroll tasks according to defined processes, schedules, and service levels in accordance with Pepsico guidelines.
- Support the continuous improvement of payroll processes and the use of systems.
- Timely reporting and preparation of declarations and ensuring appropriate communication with tax authorities, social security, and all other state institutions.
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of Greek legal and tariff regulations
- Very good analytical skills and detail-oriented work style
- Ability to work with high volume and transactional administration issues
- Strong customer focus and service minded
- Succeeding in virtual communities
- Education : Education : University degree in HR or Finance or relevant degree.
- Total experience : 2-3 years’ work experience required
- Fluent in English oral and writing
