Banyan Finance is looking for an ACCOUNT MANAGER to negotiate medical receivables with attorneys on liability cases, establish strong relationships with the firms, and be a creative thinker/problem solver to bring new, unique solutions to our w! ork. We are looking to make a significant investment in the ri! ght candidates in the form of training, salary, and paid benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Become an expert in our products, services, market, and our CRM.
- Create and maintain relationships with attorneys in the assigned territory
- Negotiate medical receivables with attorneys in the assigned territory
- Answer attorney calls, emails, & faxes on clients in the assigned territory
- Follow up with attorney’s on negotiated receivables for payment
- Call attorneys and patients on dropped cases
Requirements:
- minimum one (1) year negotiating experience
- Personable, outgoing and has the ability to persuade and build relationships
- Excellent communication skills, highly energetic and goal oriented.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Works well in team environment
Quick learner with strong comprehension ability
Proficient in Excel, Word, & Outlook
Compensation:
- $40,000 salary
