Arrow Title Agency is looking to add an experienced EscrowOfficer to its Martins Ferry, Ohio branch office team! The Escrow Officer is responsible formanaging real estate transactions from title or! der origination through closing. Our Escrow Officers open and process titlefiles, ensure that any title issues are resolved prior to closing, prepare theHUD settlement statement according to federal and state laws and regulations,and coordinate communication with realtors, lenders, attorneys, and buyers/sellersto prepare for closing.
We areinterested in candidates who are excellent communicators with an eye for detail,and who can work successfully in a deadline-oriented environment where accuracyand great customer service matters. We prefer candidates with previous titleinsurance industry experience. Must have above averagecomputer skills including experience with Microsoft Office products.
