Assists with all aspects of litigation including discovery under direction of senior paralegal and attorney: Bates stamp ! documents, index documents, code documents, draft documents, maintain databases, use litigation databases and legal research databases, assist with and prepare court filings, maintain client contact under supervision of attorney, collect factual research. Also assists with all aspects of transactional matters including corporate (mergers & acquisitions, SEC filings-10K, 10Q, registration statements, etc) and real estate (closings, lease reviews, etc) under the direction of senior paralegal and attorney: Gather factual and legal information for SEC filings, prepare corporate maintenance documents including minutes and charter documents, assist with annual meetings, review and abstract lease agreements, etc. assist with corporate and/or real estate closings.
Requirements
BA/BS degree and/or ABA paralegal certificate
Proficient in MS Office 2010
