Training Coordinator [Philippines]


 

Job Summary

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the preparation, coordination and implementation of the learning and development programs which involve logistical and administrative matters. Provides information as well as assistance in training inquiries.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assists the Training Facilitators in the preparation & production of training materials offered both publicly and in-house. This involves arranging for suitable venues and other administrative matters.
  • Responsible for the assembly of training materials such as lecture guides and hand out materials from the existing sources.
  • Monitors and records training activities or program effectiveness.
  • Assists the Account Managers in offering specific training programs to help clients improve their employees’ job skills.
  • Maintains a harmonious relationship with other consultants and training facilitators

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and other office procedures
  • Principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
  • Good understanding of training and personal development
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and manage own time effectively and work on own initiative
  • College graduate, with Master’s units desirable; Field of study preferably in Psychology, Human Resource and OD, Management, or Communication
  • A considerable amount of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
