Trusaic is looking for a competent, diligent, and industrious Accounts Receivable Specialist for collections duties to contact clients and collect outstanding payments. The AR Specialist will maintain a balance between trustful relationship with clients and ensuring their payments. AR Specialist will perform with professionalism and reliability. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and he must be able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor accounts and identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt
- Contact clients regarding their overdue payments
- Plan and take actions to encourage timely payments
- Reduce delinquencies and improve collections and AR aging in a structured and scalable way
- Impose late fees
- Process payments
- Work with the executive team, including legal counsel, on coordinating small claims or other necessary legal action.
- Manage payment plans
- Handle all manner of vendor form and payment portal registration and change order request
- Track and update collection effort and account status
- Report on collection activity and account status
- Support CFO, Controller, Accountants, and Billing Analyst

Compensation & Rewards
- Base Salary: $115,000 per year

- 401K Plan: Eligibility for participation in the Company?s 401K plan, for which you will become eligible effective on the first day of the month after completing sixty (60) days of employment. The 401K Plan is currently funded by employee contributions only.
